Welcome to Passionate Poodles, a small, family-run toy poodle breeder owned by Sam and Sylvia Fisher. We specialize in raising beautiful, healthy, well-socialized toy poodles with the loving care they deserve from day one.

Our puppies are raised in a family environment where they receive daily attention, gentle handling, and early socialization. We believe every puppy deserves the best possible start before joining their forever family.

We exclusively raise Toy Poodles, allowing us to focus our program on the breed we know and love. Our goal is to raise affectionate, well-socialized puppies with the temperament and qualities that make Toy Poodles such wonderful companions.

Our breeding dogs are health and DNA tested, and every puppy is vet-checked and vaccinated before going home. Each puppy is also backed by our 2-year genetic health guarantee for added peace of mind.
Raised in our home
Our puppies are raised in a dedicated puppy facility attached to our home, where they receive daily care, handling, and socialization. This gives them a clean, comfortable, safe space while keeping them close to us every step of the way.

Puppies typically go home around 10 weeks old after being vet-checked, vaccinated, and prepared for their transition into your family.

We adopted Cheerful (now Milo)! What a gem! Sylvia was a joy to work with, as was Kerrie. I highy recommended them. Couldn’t be happier with our choice of breeder and puppie.

Everything was handled beyond legitimately, as soon as I paid my deposit the puppy was taken off the site saying he had been adopted. In terms of his temperament and genetics, they’re second to none. Prices were reasonable as well.
