Welcome to Passionate Poodles, a small, family-run toy poodle breeder owned by Sam and Sylvia Fisher. We specialize in raising beautiful, healthy, well-socialized toy poodles with the loving care they deserve from day one.
Our puppies are raised in a family environment where they receive daily attention, gentle handling, and early socialization. We believe every puppy deserves the best possible start before joining their forever family.

Sylvia is absolutely amazing and takes great care of the puppies, very informative when you ask questions and was willing to work with me to pick my fur baby up. She checks in on us to make sure my puppy is still in good health. My baby is now 3 months and 2 weeks old healthy and super energetic.

Everything was handled beyond legitimately, as soon as I paid my deposit the puppy was taken off the site saying he had been adopted. In terms of his temperament and genetics, they’re second to none. Prices were reasonable as well.
